‘Gout’ crystal tumbles down like a rock

Watch this amazing moment that I captured on the Ultrasound (as a short video) in a patient with Gout. The ‘gout’ (Monosodium urate) crystals are lining up the patient’s wrist joint and one of the crystals tumbles down in the joint space, like a rock falling off a mountain.
